Email correspondence during therapy is used primarily for administrative purposes, such as scheduling and practical arrangements.

Where clinically relevant information arises via email, this may be incorporated into the therapy record.

Administrative email communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary and are deleted following the end of the calendar year in which therapy concludes.

Therapy records are retained in accordance with professional and insurance requirements, as outlined in the full Therapy Privacy Notice.
